1. Who takes the pictures?
Once you're in the booth, our professional attendant will start the photo countdown. It's an automated process that allows you to see yourself in a live view while the picture is being taken, and then get a review of each shot afterwards. So much fun!
2. What is a step and repeat banner?
A step and repeat banner is a backdrop display that has one or more logos repeated in a step or diagonal-alternating pattern. The purpose of a step and repeat backdrop is to emphasize a brand name, company logo, or sports team name during media press conferences, red carpet events, and special events. The step and repeat banner is designed for photo opportunities. "Step and repeat" comes from the photoshop term used for the process of duplicating an object and spacing. Our banners are printed on high-quality, vinyl material at 8′ x 8'.
4. What can I have printed on my step and repeat banner?
We can print up to five logos on your custom banner, or one large one image if you prefer. And we will personally work with you to make sure your logos are high-resolution images that look crisp when printed. If you have no logo you wish to use, we have alternative options as well. We will make sure you have the best backdrop to fit your event perfectly.
5. Do I get to keep my banner after the event?
Absolutely! If you take advantage of our custom banner service, then it's your after the event!
6. Is there a limit to how many pictures we can take?
iLOVE doesn’t believe in limiting your memories. You and your guests can take as many pictures as you want, no matter what package you buy!
7. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by all major credit cards, check, or cash.
8. Can I make a scrapbook myself or do you have to do it?
We are always happy to print custom memory books and scrap books for any event. However, we also make all pictures available for free through an online gallery, so you have the option of printing and creating a scrapbook yourself if you want.

The Provider – The iLOVE Team
The Client – The person or persons hiring The iLOVE Team for their event
The following contract and its terms will set forth an agreement between the provider and client of the hire of the photo booth. This written contract sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all written and/ or oral agreements between the parties.
Provider agrees to have a Photo booth operational for a minimum of 90% during this period. This is to allow for interruptions for essential maintenance of the Photo Booth such as paper and ribbon changes.
PHOTO BOOTH REQUIREMENTS
The client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Photo Booth at the events venue: At Least 8ft Ceilings in requested set-up area Vehicle Parking Spot for iLOVE Employee Vehicle for the duration of the event, 6 or 8ft Table, Electric Receptacle within 10 ft of planned set-up area, 2- Bottled Water and 2- Chairs, Please contact us if your event area doesn't meet this requirement so we can make arrangements
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking a Photo Booth, the remaining balance is due 1 day prior to your event. If the client wishes to use the booth for a time period in excess of the service period agreed to above, the additional time will be billed to the operator at the rate of $175 per hour. Payment for additional time must be paid upfront before these hours are provided.
DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to Photo Booth availability if an alternative date cannot be accommodated, the deposit shall be forfeited and event cancelled. The deposit is non-refundable however we will move your hire date if required. If for any reason the purchaser needs to cancel their event they must do so in writing at least 45 days in advance of the contracted event date to receive a refund of any payments minus the deposit. Any cancellations within 45 days of the event date will receive a credit of the amount paid, for a future event. Credits expire within 12 months of date credited. If a event is cancelled due to a military deployment a 100% refund will be issued. If for any reason the purchaser needs to cancel their event that is non-emergency related there will be an 8% processing fee charged if a credit card was used to make a payment to the iLOVE Team. There is also a 45 day net to process the reimbursement. The iLOVE Team’s obligation to perform service is subject to the prevention to do so by sickness, inability to perform, inclement weather, accident, means of transportation, act of God, and any other act or cause beyond control. If The iLOVE Team cannot fulfill its service obligation than the purchaser will receive a refund totaling the funds solely paid directly to The iLOVE Team in the form of check within a 45 day net period. In addition any and all funds paid by the client for meals, drinks, parking passes are non-refundable under any circumstances. Your final payment is non-refundable unless The iLOVE Team are unable to fulfill their commitment to provide a Photo Booth hire for you. The iLOVE Team’s obligation to perform service is subject to the prevention to do so by sickness, inability to perform, inclement weather, accident, means of transportation, act of God, and any other act or cause beyond control. If The iLOVE Team cannot fulfill its service obligation than the purchaser will receive a refund totaling the funds solely paid directly to The iLOVE Team. The iLOVE Team is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by the client including but not limited to venue address, day of contact numbers, event times, event details. If the purchaser neglects to pay the final payment by 8:00pm the day before the event date the event will be cancelled and any funds paid to The iLOVE Team will be refunded in the form of iLOVE credit that may be used up to 12 months from the original event date for any iLOVE Services. If the credit is not used within 12 months the credited amount will be forfited. Any payments for additional services purchased onsite the day of the event are non-refundable including but not limited to additional hours & additional prints. Any and all requests for refunds must be made in writing within 7 days from the event day to be valid for review.
DAMAGE TO PROVIDER’S EQUIPMENT
Customer acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damages or loss to the provider’s equipment caused by any misuse of the provider’s equipment by customer or its guests. Misuse includes overloading, the consumption of food and beverages in the Booth and children using the Booth unsupervised.
The client acknowledges that is shall be responsible for the behavior of their guests and the Booth users. Abusive, threatening or anti-social behavior towards any of The iLOVE Team members will not be tolerated and will result in the closure of the booth. The remaining service period will not be refunded.
Customer agrees to, and understands the following: a) The client will indemnify the Provider against any all liability related to the Clients Event during or after the Clients event. The Client will indemnify Provider from the time of service and on into the future, against any liability associated with the Client. b) The Client will indemnify the Providers against any and all liability associated with the use of pictures taken within the Photo Booth its representatives, employees or affiliates at the client’s event. c) The Client agrees to the following statement: The Client agrees to, and understands the following: All guests using the Photo Booth hereby give The iLOVE Team the right and permission to copyright and use, photographic portraits or pictures of any Photo Booth user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose. In addition I, hereby release, discharge and agree to protect The iLOVE Team from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. If a Booth user wishes their photograph to be removed from The iLOVE Team media, the user must contact the provider in writing. The provider will endeavor to remove or amend this media at the earliest convenience.
The Data Protection Act 1998 provides you with the right to access the information that we collect about you. Please note any demand for access may be subject to a fee of $10 which covers costs in providing you with the data requested. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under Contract law, then that provisions, or portion thereof, shall be deemed separate from the rest of this contract and shall not affect the validity of any remaining provisions, or portions thereof. This is the entire agreement between Provider and Client relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between parties, Customer agrees to solve any arguments via arbitration. In the event the provider is unable to supply a working Photo Booth for at least 90% of the service period, customer shall be refunded a prorated amount based on the amount of service received.
The iLOVE Team does not take responsible for any and all products brought directly by the client/purchaser to the event that is not listed in the contract as being purchased directly from The iLOVE Team. This includes but not limited to Scrapbooks, Memory Books, Guest Books, Props, Frames etc. In reference to Scrapbooks, Memory Books & Guest Books; The iLOVE Team is not responsible for ensuring the guest(s) sign their names and/or place their pictures in the book. The client understands iLOVE Employees, Management and Owners will not take orders to assist in the above tasks unless agreed upon during the booking process and is listed in a detail in the contract. Provider is not responsible for any consequential damages or lost opportunities upon breach of the agreement.
The iLOVE Team is not responsible for props that the client or guest may bring to any events produced by The iLOVE Team. If for any reason the props and/or property of guest and/or client is left in the prop box or the providers equipment it will be understand as a donation. If a client and/or guest for any reason fails to obtain their props at the conclusion of the event it is soley his/her responsibility to fund and arrange the process to re-obtain their props.
